Two openings for board members
Hello and happy July from the VMGMA Office. We are currently looking for two new board members to replace current members who will be rotating off the board in December. If you are an active member and interested in helping the organization continue to grow, please forward a letter of interest and a current resume to us at vmgma@comcast.net by Aug. 15, 2008. Click here to download (in Microsoft Word format) the board member job description and a copy of the VMGMA Bylaws, Article II, that pertains to board members.
Revised bylaws are to be published
The biannual review of the Bylaws of the Corporation has been completed. The bylaws have been revised and approved by the VMGMA Board of Directors and will be posted on the new VMGMA website in the Members Only Section.
